The City of Calera is working with the Regional Planning Commission of Greater Birmingham (RPCGB) on two zoning projects.
The first, is known as the Downtown Calera Rezoning Project, which will rezone 223 parcels to either a B-3 Downtown District, or to a new MXD Mixed-use District.
