Building Materials Permitted: Brick, stucco, heavy timber, cementitious siding, wood, slate, metal, roofing, tile. Metal may be used as an accent material. Vinyl is prohibited.
Permitted Uses: Uses permitted include a range of residential uses (including live-work/upper story dwellings, mixed-use buildings, multi-family dwellings, and townhomes), a range of commercial uses (including restaurants, hotels, and brew pubs), institutional uses and some industrial uses (such as artisan manufacturing, warehousing, wholsaling and distribution).
